What Plug Adapter Do I Need for the Maldives?

Packing for my Maldives honeymoon and just realized - I have no idea about their power outlets! Will my US plugs work there or do I need to buy an adapter? What's the deal with Maldives plug type? Don't want to end up with dead camera batteries when we're supposed to be capturing romantic sunset selfies!

They mainly use Type D and G sockets (those British three-pin ones). Your US flat pins won't fit without an adapter, but most resorts have universal sockets these days.
