The Day-Date in platinum with a fluted bezel is probably going to feel like a bit of a monster. But then again if you buy into what the Day-Date means in terms of announcing everything from your paid-up membership in the local creative businessman's fraternal organization to any of link many more conventional pathways to fame and fortune if not infamy this link might be a very attractive link option.

You can't really plan it. We know when we're doing such a limited link amount that there will be a big difference in the market. But for me, what I expect is to sell it to the right person link who's not going to sell it. It does not always work like this – there are a lot of pieces in link the parallel market. It's a bit sad, but it's also part of the success. How do I know and how can I calculate? I can't.

Today, the Monza link is back in a big, skeletonized way. Much like Niki Lauda might not recognize today's Formula One cars, the new TAG Heuer Monza Flyback Chronometer shares little else with the original Monza beyond its bold case profile. That case is where this new Monza's statement starts: It's a 42mm carbon case with a finishing pattern link that, to me, looks like a blacked-out rendering of Van link Gogh's Starry Night. The crown and chronograph pushers use black DLC-coated steel to match.
