The Importance of Treating Tooth Sensitivity

alanstatener
Tooth sensitivity is a common issue that many people experience, especially when consuming hot or cold foods and drinks. It occurs when the enamel on the teeth wears down, exposing the underlying dentin, which contains nerve endings.

There are several causes of tooth sensitivity, including brushing too hard, gum recession, cavities, or teeth grinding. It’s important to identify the root cause and address it to avoid further discomfort.

Using a soft-bristled toothbrush, avoiding acidic foods, and using toothpaste specifically designed for sensitive teeth can help reduce discomfort. If sensitivity persists, a visit to the dentist is recommended for a thorough evaluation.

Treatments may include fluoride applications, dental sealants, or root canal therapy, depending on the severity of the issue. Don’t ignore tooth sensitivity—it’s your body’s way of telling you something’s wrong!

This article really highlights how important it is to address tooth sensitivity early! For anyone dealing with sensitivity or other serious dental issues, I highly recommend looking into dental implants fort lauderdale. Not only can they help restore your smile, but they also provide long-term solutions for those suffering from tooth loss or damage. If you’re dealing with sensitivity and other dental concerns, visiting a trusted professional in Fort Lauderdale could make all the difference!

From there we explore the original Hamilton factory which has since been converted to link you guessed it condos. But kudos to the property managers for maintaining so much of the building's history including the two massive clock towers. Walking around the place you can almost still hear the link watches ticking.
