Section 21 Eviction Notice: What Happens Next?

firstland
A Section 21 eviction notice is used by landlords in England to ask tenants to leave a property without giving a reason. After receiving this notice, tenants usually have at least two months to move out. If the tenant doesn’t leave by the deadline, the landlord can go to court to get a possession order. If the court agrees, bailiffs may be sent to remove the tenant. It’s important for tenants to check if the notice is valid and seek advice if needed. "Section 21: What Happens Next?" is a common question, as the process can be stressful for both sides.

While there link are link several different ways you could set up the three zones I think I would have link the main hands set to local time home time on the red hand so that I had a quick view of AMPM and then UTC on the bezel if I needed to quickly reference the +- of another timezone or simply UTC while traveling.
