I also love the decision to release this in just three dial colors. I am partial to the blue and ivory for sure but want to wait until I get to handle these link in the metal before passing meaningful judgment. When it's really pouring I can grab this instead of link the 1016. Sure it doesn't have a screw-down crown but I can say in my six years of vintage Speedmaster ownership I've never had a waterproofing issue link ok I'm not swimming with it on.
