So, I tried turning my small Instagram page into a sort of “mini shop.” I mostly post handmade candles, and I figured it’d be easy to handle messages, orders, and everything in DMs. But wow, it got messy fast — too many chats, missed follow-ups, and no way to track who’s actually serious about buying. Has anyone here managed to organize their Insta sales better without hiring help or using a full-blown e-commerce site?
