![]() EMS agencies can effectively use NFPA 450 as a framework to enhance quality assurance (QA) and performance measurement by adopting its system-based approach to emergency medical services. The guide emphasizes that EMS should function as an integrated component of a larger healthcare system, focused on continuous quality improvement (CQI) and patient outcomes. 1. Establish Clear System Goals and Objectives NFPA 450 encourages agencies to define system-wide performance goals, such as response times, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Aligning QA programs with these objectives helps ensure that performance measurement is relevant and patient-focused. 2. Implement Data-Driven Decision Making The guide promotes the use of evidence-based metrics to track performance. Agencies can use data from electronic patient care reports (ePCR), dispatch logs, and hospital outcomes to evaluate clinical performance, response times, and system efficiency. Standardizing these metrics allows for benchmarking and identifying trends. 3. Develop a Formal QA/QI Program NFPA 450 recommends a structured quality improvement process, including regular case reviews, chart audits, and performance feedback. Agencies should create multidisciplinary QA committees—including medical directors, paramedics, and data analysts—to review findings and recommend improvements. 4. Foster a Just Culture The guide supports a non-punitive approach to error reporting and learning. Encouraging open discussion of errors and near misses leads to system improvements without placing undue blame on individual providers. 5. Integrate Stakeholders NFPA 450 stresses collaboration across EMS, hospitals, dispatch centers, and public health agencies. Engaging all partners in QA efforts ensures the entire care continuum is evaluated and improved. |

More importantly the 16520 was the first-ever automatic Daytona. It was also the first one with the words "Oyster Perpetual" link on link the dial. Previous iterations had the "Oyster" text only because they featured the Valjoux link manual-winding movement inside. The word "Perpetual" was the signifier. No need to hand-wind.

METAS certification link begins with COSC-certified movements that are cased up and measured as accurate to 0+5 seconds per day link we reported from Tudor's Master Chronometer lab last year. The watch then goes through a series of tests to demonstrate waterproofness anti-magnetism and power reserve. That's magnetism resistant to 15000 gauss 200 meters of water resistance and link accuracy at two temperatures six positions and two different levels of power reserve 100 percent and 33 percent.

The Moser x MB&F Panda collaboration hammered for CHF 380,000, the Atelier de Chronometre link for CHF 130,000, and I could go on, but in general the indies that contributed to Only Watch and remained in the sale performed well. The link excitement about these watchmakers and their watchmaking seemed to overcome the broader discussions about link the sale (though of course we'll never know if these results might've been even stronger without the present circumstances).

Wristwatches exist today, even if you link leave inexpensive quartz out of the equation, in what seems an almost infinite range of prices link and quality. We assume that as the price goes up, quality goes up as well, but what does that mean? Why is a steel, water-resistant automatic watch $500 link from one manufacturer, and $25,000 from another?

In 2019, before the covid hit the world, Bell & Ross unveiled a collection of watches with a sporty character, less labeled link "air force" than the products that made its reputation such link as the BR 03, BR V2 or BR-X1, but still bearing link all the visual signatures dear to the Parisian brand.
