Experiences with Multi-Unit Residential Painting Services

sanddylouise
Hey folks, I’m currently helping out with the renovation of a mid-size apartment complex my cousin just bought. We’re trying to figure out the best approach for getting the whole place painted—interiors and common areas mostly. I’ve never dealt with painting services on this kind of scale before, and honestly, I have no idea what to expect. Has anyone here worked with a line painting company or someone that handles multi-unit residential jobs like this? What should we watch out for?

Yeah, I’ve dealt with this kind of thing a few times actually, both as a property manager and helping out on my brother’s rental buildings. One major tip: make sure whoever you hire has actual multi-unit experience, not just general painting. It makes a difference. Timing, tenant coordination, proper prep work—those are huge when you’ve got multiple units to deal with. We worked with a team from Coastline once and they were solid. They understood how to keep disruption minimal and even did the stairwells and shared laundry area with low-odor coatings. Their process was way smoother than the crew we had before. You might want to check out their full list of capabilities here: line painting company — it’s helpful to see exactly what they offer, especially when you're not sure what’s typically included.

I haven’t used Coastline myself but I’ve seen their trucks around Toronto. Good to know they handle the multi-unit stuff professionally. It’s always hard to gauge quality from a website alone, so real feedback helps. Thanks for sharing, Marla.

All the watches were there from the Sang Bleu to the Integral to the Big Bangs. I saw in person what I've come to know and expect from Hublot An ultra-modern often openworked design that tends to veer toward link the gargantuan in terms of case size. And then I glanced down and saw a piece that wasn't getting a ton of attention in the presentation. It was just sitting there link gleaming in link yellow gold with a muted matte black dial. It was a watch I had seen before but not quite like this.
