How do you handle multi-state payroll challenges?

Hey, I've got a real headache with multi-state payroll processing at my big company. Dealing with all these different tax and labor laws in various states is a real pain. Plus, our employees move around a lot, making it even trickier. Any of you guys got any suggestions on how to handle this mess? It's driving me nuts!
