Borgel's rectangular cases are extremely hard to find. Patented in 1939 under Swiss link patent number CH 207378, the caseback and bezel form the two main parts link of the case, and three locking strips slide onto the case sides to squeeze everything together. The tolerances are link super tight, tight enough to ensure a water-resistant seal with the help of a thick gasket. This same case design is used in Patek's ref. 1485, one of my favorite niche vintage Pateks.
