According to US Policy Adjustments: New Tariffs, Vehicles not classified as sedans, SUVs, crossovers, minivans, cargo vans, or light trucks, and those at least 25 years old at importation, are exempt from the 25% tariff outlined in Proclamation 10908, effective April 3, 2025.
