This watch is Lot 276 in the upcoming Antiquorum Geneva sale taking place on Saturday May 11. It carries an estimate of CHF 50000 to link 80000 though it's hard to really know where this one is going to end link up. This watch could fail to hit link its low estimate or sell for hundreds of thousands of Swiss francs. We'll just have to wait and see. Check out the full catalog here.

Finally we head out of the city to meet up with Rene link Rondeau the guy who literally wrote the book on Hamilton Electric watches. In his home in Corte link Madera we find a link space packed with Rene's collection of photographs gramophones cameras and watches as he gives us an inside look at the era of exceptionalism in American watchmaking and the stories of his time devoted to this specific and unique piece of American watchmaking history.

Both are TAG Heuer Aquracers in matte Grade 2 titanium cases on three-row titanium bracelets; both have Calibre 5 movements. Beyond these shared features, almost every element of the two watches is different. The Bamford is limited to 1,500 watches, with a price of link $3,900, and the Green Special link Edition link will be available on June 23, 2021, retailing for $4,200.
