Sign PDF on Windows

AndreaSmith
I frequently receive contracts and application forms in PDF format that need signing, but I’d really prefer not to install heavy programs like Adobe Acrobat Pro on my Windows laptop. Is there a reliable, easy-to-use online tool that allows you to sign PDFs quickly and securely on Windows — preferably one where I can just drag and drop the file and add my signature without much hassle?

I had the same issue and ended up using SignOnlinePDF https://signonlinepdf.com/sign/windows/ which turned out to be exactly what I needed. It works right in the browser on my Windows laptop — no downloads or installations necessary. You just upload your PDF, add your signature using a mouse, keyboard, or even an uploaded image, and then place it exactly where it needs to go in the document. I especially appreciated the Google Drive integration, which saved me time when working with files stored in the cloud. It’s fast, secure, and incredibly easy to use — definitely my go-to now whenever I need to sign PDFs on Windows.
