Prime Vitality experiences — real improvements or just marketing?

Jubiaq
Just finished my second bottle of Prime Vitality’s active B-complex. I wanted to love it, but I’m on the fence. The packaging looks premium, but the effect? Mild at best. A bit more energy in the mornings, but nothing dramatic. Curious if anyone had a stronger response.

I felt the same after my first bottle — the effects were pretty mild, and I wasn’t sure if it was worth continuing. But by the middle of my second month, the benefits became more noticeable: better morning focus, less brain fog, and fewer energy crashes throughout the day. For me, the key was consistency and pairing it with good sleep. I’m using the active b complex
as well, and while it’s not a dramatic “wow” supplement, it does provide a steady, clean boost over time. Everyone’s response seems different, though.

I’m skeptical. Half of these “UK supplement brands” just repackage formulas from the same manufacturers. I tried Prime Vitality for a month and didn’t feel any difference from my usual Solgar. Maybe it works if you’re deficient, but for most healthy people it’s not a miracle pill. Good branding though.
