I’ve tried to put hidden tags/codes in the body of emails I send so that when replies come in, a rule can pick them up. It was handy in a call centre environment with a shared mailbox. You want to link the hidden tag to a category so that all your replies are neatly categorised in your inbox. However I never got that working - something to do with the Exchange server, either version or settings. So you might get it to work - it was also a few years ago when I last tried.
