Need Guidance on Choosing the Right Architecture Firm

Hi all, I’m currently planning a small commercial project, but I’m finding it really difficult to choose the right architecture firm. There’s so much to consider—design style, budget, timelines—and I feel lost. I’ve seen some work from Technologies Architecture here in the UAE, and it looks promising, but I’m unsure what questions I should be asking or how to evaluate firms properly. Has anyone worked with them or faced similar struggles? Would really appreciate any advice.
