Looking for recommendations on small home repair and renovation help

Hi everyone!  I’m planning to sort out a few things in my flat - mainly replacing old fixtures, repairing some cracked walls, and updating part of the kitchen. I don’t need a full renovation, just a few improvements, but I have no idea who to call for smaller jobs like this. Has anyone here hired a company for partial repairs or light renovation work? Would love to hear your experiences before I commit to anything.
