Purchase of a rather expensive speaker outside of Audiogon, from a retail store. Arrived damaged, claims denied, have been on the receiving end of the runaround since date of purchase. For the last couple of months have been avoiding contact through email, text and phone calls. I've been very professional and patient... Any advice or help will be appreciated... This is a problem between the seller and his shipper, not me... I'm just a recipient of the damaged item... Thank you!
