Недавно замовила сорочку, але не вгадала з кольором — думала буде кремова, а вона виявилась світлішою, ніж на фото. В принципі, якість супер, але я просто не вписую її ні в один свій образ. Думаю оформити повернення або обмін. Хтось уже проходив цей процес у LU? Наскільки це все складно чи просто?
