I wanted to share something super important for anyone running an LLP in India. If you’ve registered your LLP and think that’s the end of the paperwork—think again! Every LLP has to file
LLP Annual Compliances every year, no matter how big or small your business is (even if it's inactive!).
There are two major filings:
Form 11 (Annual Return) – due by 30th May
Form 8 (Statement of Accounts) – due by 30th October
I learned this the hard way and ended up paying a huge fine just because I wasn’t aware of these rules. If you’ve already formed an LLP or plan to, make sure you either track these dates or hire a service to manage it.
I found Entrecap.in really helpful—they reminded me of due dates and filed everything on time.
