My brother recently registered his startup in Zurich, and we got talking about Swiss bureaucracy. He laughed and told me to check this Swiss Trade Register page if I wanted to understand how things work. To be honest, I didn’t think I'd care, but the site explains everything without making you feel stupid. Now at least I don’t sound like a total clown when someone talks about company registration here.
