How can small groups benefit from hiring a minibus instead of a full-size bus?

Last month, I organized a weekend trip with some friends to Amsterdam, and we decided to rent a minibus instead of a big bus. Honestly, it was the best decision we made. We didn’t need a massive bus since there were only 10 of us. It felt way more personal and cozy. Plus, parking was so much easier — we could get closer to our stops without searching for huge parking spaces. I’m wondering if anyone else has done the same. Did it actually save you money compared to renting a full-size bus?
