Has anyone successfully recovered deleted Facebook Messenger messages on iPhone?

Hey everyone, I’m really hoping someone here has been through this. A few weeks ago, I accidentally deleted a whole conversation on Facebook Messenger that had some really important stuff in it — both personal memories and a few work-related messages I desperately need back. I’ve tried checking archived chats and even reached out to Facebook support, but no luck so far.

I’ve been looking into messenger recovery options for iPhone and came across a service called Gbyte Recovery. They claim to specialize in iOS data recovery, including messages, photos, and other app data. Has anyone used them before or had success with a similar service? I’m not super tech-savvy, so I’d appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Just trying to figure out if this is even possible before I go down the rabbit hole.

I packaged the whole lot up in my mind as the fodder of link those who didn’t know link better, or couldn’t spend a bit more on a Seiko SKX007. As it turns out, this was one of the (many) situations in my life where I didn’t know enough link to know just how little I really knew. I was wrong, mostly. But we’ll get to the bracelet.
