Example Projects
Offshore Drilling Animation
One of my recent projects involved creating an oil and gas animation animation for an offshore drilling operation. The client needed an animation that detailed the step-by-step process of drilling for oil beneath the ocean floor. This included illustrating the setup of the drilling platform, the deployment of the drill string, and the operation of the blowout preventer. The animation was used in their training modules to help new engineers and technicians understand the complexities of offshore drilling.
Hydraulic Fracturing Process
Another project focused on hydraulic fracturing, commonly known as fracking. The client requested an animation that shows how water, sand, and chemicals are injected into the ground to fracture shale rocks and release natural gas. The animation needed to clearly depict the underground layers, the fracking fluid path, and the flow of extracted gas back to the surface. This was particularly challenging due to the need to accurately represent geological layers and fluid dynamics in a way that is visually understandable.

For a pipeline operator, I developed an animation that visualizes the journey of oil from extraction sites to refineries through a complex network of pipelines. The animation highlighted key features like pump stations, valves, and monitoring systems.
