Android doesn’t recognize PST contacts how can I convert them?

williamturner
Hello Guys,

I’m trying to transfer my Outlook PST contacts to my Android device. But Android cannot read PST files at all, and when I tried converting PST to CSV, many phone numbers became corrupted. Names merged, symbols appeared in fields, and the final CSV became unusable. I need a simple method that produces an accurate VCF file for Android.

Hey,

Android‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ only allows contact imports from VCF/vCard files. Therefore, the most productive method is to utilize a proper PST to VCF converter that keeps the details intact. CSV files and online converters are prone to splitting large contact lists; however, vCard files remain well-organized and tidy.

The components of my solution were

Loading my Outlook PST file into a converter

Checking all contacts with the help of a preview panel

Choosing the Convert PST to vCard option to create a universal VCF file

Uploading that VCF file to Google Contacts will automatically sync with Android.

I employed WholeClear PST to VCF Converter, and it handled every part perfectly, including country codes, email addresses, home/office numbers, and so on. In case you are looking for a trustworthy PST to vCard converter, this method would be the most secure one for Android ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌users.
